The ministry stated, “We have resolved to extend $2 million in humanitarian assistance through an international organization to facilitate prompt responses to the damage inflicted by the earthquake in Myanmar.”

Emergency teams are actively searching for survivors in Myanmar and Thailand. In Bangkok, a 30-story building under construction has collapsed, trapping workers beneath the debris. Governor Chadchart Sittipunt has confirmed at least 10 deaths, with over 100 workers still missing near the Chatuchak weekend market.
