Police on Sunday declared the entire Mela area a “vehicle-free zone” and implemented traffic diversion schemes on all seven routes to the Sangam.
In addition to a network of 2,751 CCTV cameras, including 328 AI-enabled cameras at Sangam and tent villages, the Mela Police is also employing advanced AI-driven data analytics solutions for improved surveillance and crowd management.
